They came to my house to measure, they brought samples, the communication was great all the time, they installed the shutters when they promised to do it, they have very good competitive  prices and the quality of the shutters is really good because I was able to compare with a couple more companies. I recommend them 100%. If they believe they will not be able to meet your expectations they won't take your project because for them money is a sub product of your satisfaction. If you are shopping around, you may find more and less expensive quotes, but I don't think you will find the personalize care they provide. They are punctual and deliver on time. I have chosen companies for their outstanding reviews and had fallen short on customer service and timeliness and quality. Astro Shutters is by far the best company I have personally worked with, they are true professionals and acknowledge all your concerns with no hesitations. From our initial conversation to the day of installation, Astro Shutters never failed to communicate. They were easy to get ahold of and were able to give me a quote within minutes. The quality of the shutters installed were more than I expected as well as for a very clean install with minimal mess. I had shutters installed throughout my home and I am impressed with how the shutters came out. Astro Shutters came out within 2 days to measure, and we're very prompt and pleasant.  Their bud came in well below any of the other shutter companies in Temecula/Murrieta, and they didn't have the 4-6 month lead time all the others had.The installers were very courteous, and even took off their shoes when working inside.
